I found it, called Fukutsuji Method. The search for Japanese towel method was how I wash my car... I had no idea, just did it one day and found it faster and less water waste... also works great on a rainy day... we have lots in Tampa. I'm going to go try to align my back now... thank you!!!

in case you don't want to look it up: tightly roll up a towel. lay down on your back on a hard surface like the floor, placing the rolled up towel underneath your navel. raise your arms above your head, placing your palms down toward the floor, making sure your pinkies are touching. keep your feet 8-10inches apart, but angle them so your toes are closer together. (like (/ \). Lay straight like that for five minutes, then slowly get back up. apparently it helps strengthen your back muscles.
