@fortiqos: How crude oil becomes everything ⛽ One single resource—and it powers almost everything around you. But how does it actually work? Crude oil is heated and sent into a distillation tower. Lighter components rise to the top, while heavier ones stay below. This process separates gas, petrol, diesel, kerosene, and even bitumen for roads. Each layer has its own purpose—and its own value. ❤️ Like if this touches you 💾 Save this so you don’t forget it 💬 Write your opinion in the comments 📤 Share this with someone who needs to see it Follow 👉 @fortiqos DM for credit or removal request (no copyright infringement intended for video and music material) © All rights and credits belong to the respective owners

Documenting the ups and downs of my skin journey over many years has helped me to connect with so many others in this community who are going through struggles with their #eczema or #tsw and just get it. Sharing recommendations and having people to vent to who understand without having to explain has been such a blessing. Sharing experiences means that we have a better understanding on ways to treat our skin conditions so that we can make an informed decision of what treatment is best for each of us without simply relying on what doctors and dermatologists recommend but also what has and hasn’t worked for those living with the same struggles day in and day out. Seeing the strength & resilience in others & words of encouragement has pushed me through some of my darkest moments. By sharing the ups and downs in this healing journey I want to bring hope to those who are in hard times and are finding it difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Healing isn’t linear, we know this all too well. We can’t always control what our skin does but what we have more say over is how we react to it mentally and emotionally. Often this has an impact on the physical aspect of our skin condition too. I don’t know about you, but for me stress is such a huge trigger for my rashes. The more I stress the worse they get. But my skin often causes the stress so it’s a vicious cycle! Learning to change my mindset and ride the rocky waves knowing that there’s calm after the storm has really helped me to manage flare ups both physically and emotionally. Sending love to all my fellow #eczemawarrior heroes 🫶🏼 #eczemaawareness #topicalsteroidwithdrawal
