For xylitol products do not go to Amazon, instead do some googling and turn into Scandinavia, Finland. In Finland they're very andanced with using xylitol on dental health care. We have gums, tablets, candies, several toothpastes etc you can get from local stores and pharmacies, everywhere. Easy to get online too.

: Is better to to a dentist deep cleaning to remove all that is under your gums once you get it done by a dentist then is for you to maintain/ always floss at night is what’s going to remove anything that stays in between and soft toothbrush aim on your gums lingual and bucal all around then the surface of your teeth. Good flossing is what makes a difference for periodontal problems
