I was surprised it lasted that long without a support structure under the top; most stone and quartz slabs can’t handle more than 25cm unsupported. The break looks clean enough that you could have it repaired by a stone specialist. You should definitely add a hardened steel or tempered aluminum support frame made to go underneath the top if you get it repaired.
