@cookinwithjenni: Double Chocolate Nutella Jumbo Muffins 🍫✨🤎 Thick, rich, and filled with warm Nutella Ingredients: •300g all-purpose flour •80g cocoa powder •150g granulated sugar •150g brown sugar •6g baking powder •4g baking soda •A pinch of salt •3 large eggs •240g milk •120g vegetable oil •10g vanilla sugar or 5 g vanilla extract •150 g hot water (or coffee) •200 g dark chocolate chips •300g Nutella Instructions: 1.Preheat oven to 220°C and line your jumbo tray. 2.Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda cocoa powder and a pinch of salt together. 3.In another bowl, whisk oil, milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. 4.Combine wet + dry (don't overmix). 5.Add hot water → batter will be thin. Fold in chocolate chips. 6.Fill molds 85-90% full 7.Bake 220°C for 6 minutes then 180°C for 18-22 minutes 8.Use a knife, skewer, or piping tip to make a hole in the center. 9.Fill a piping bag with Nutella Pipe into each muffin until you feel it slightly push back. 10.Pipe a small swirl of Nutella on top Enjoy 🍫✨🤎 #baking #recipes #muffins #easybaking #chocolate
