Electricity bills are based on energy used (kWh), not voltage. Even if the voltage increases or decreases power will be the same. Therefore, variations in voltage do not directly affect electricity bills.

Acceptable range is typically ±10% Your 213V sits comfortably within that range, just slightly on the lower side. Fridge , AC, TV etc will run normally

I asked ChatGPT & the answer is... Sometimes it needs more work to be done coz of less voltage. So, there will be slight increase in the work done duration. So the meter at a constant rate, working rather than work & stop, makes the meter reading slightly more.

you lost me when you showed voltage readings and said current
The short answer is yes, voltage fluctuations can affect kilowatt-hour (kWh) consumption, but the way it happens depends entirely on the type of device you are using.
To understand why, remember that kWh is a measure of energy used over time. It is calculated as:

Just dnt use air-condition if u dnt want high electricity bill. or use only if necessary. most ppl leave it on 24/7. There is no appliance other than air-conditioner that has highest continuous power consumption in a household.
