I think Christmas is such a well known and loved time that it helps with lucidity. My grandma was always lucid on christmas. Her last christmas she even got up and helped us cook our traditional spaghetti dinner (old fashioned, all from scratch.)

My grandma is going through this right now. she watches the same hallmark movie everyday without realizing it and it makes her so happy
