Mustela is amazing! We combo with mustela and epimax. Start preparing your nips yesterday. 💀 any prep you can do, do it. Take a dry towel, rub it against them, get silver nipple caps and start using a month before. Bum cream - we used bepanthen but it doesn’t stretch very far, so we switched to sudo. A little bit of it goes a long way! Dummies - bibs, especially if breastfeeding. You need something closer to a nipple that allows for a deeper latch. The flat dummies are usually recommended 12mo +. Skip pads and panties and go straight for pull up maternity pads from aiwibi or adult nappies.

My baby is 8 weeks old and if I have ONE recommendation - silver nipple caps are the best investment you could make!! I exclusively breastfeed and have never had to use any nipple creams or had cracked nips! They’re really the best 🥰

Huggies and Pampers are SO expensive. mom of 4 here... pregnant with #5...we use Hi Baby nappies. Much softer and way more premium...R150 for 50 nappies. You do the math❤️

A tip from a mom of two. Clicks’s made for baby bum cream is the exact same as sudocream only much cheaper. Clicks also tend to have 3 for 2 specials

Random mom tip for you: The Clicks blue wipes and nappies are elite definitely worth trying. And for blocked noses, the Sterimar and NoseFrida combo is the only thing that actually worked for us. Absolute essentials!

Clicks brand whipes are also 🔥🔥🔥; both my babas had sensitive skin and we had no issues…we also used the Eucerin AtoControl bath oil to wash with (the name is deceiving, it’s an oil based soap…AMAZING for eczema)
