midol caffeine free is great too! the caffeine in the regular ones makes the cramps worse. i also try to eat steak the first day of my period and it lessens my cramps through the rest of my cycle!

Aleve (naproxen sodium) is a great option because it works by reducing prostaglandin production! Prostaglandins are released by the uterus and that’s what causes cramps 😅

I have to get caffeine free pamprin because caffeine on my period makes my cramps SO MUCH WORSE!! And they literally put caffeine in all pms relief meds, but that pamprin just helps me so much!!

Periods diapers until I dieee. Everyone makes fun of me for them but I don’t care 😂 I feel so much better when I’m wearing them! No leaking or constant checking. Looking into the cramp cream for sure!
