I'm still stuck because my son hasn't worn a diaper since around 2 years old. he never wore pull ups either. we just went straight to underwear. he's gonna be 4 in September. he also doesn't have a favorite stuffie but he does have a favorite blanket. I don't know what to do anymore. he tells me poop and pee goes in the potty. he goes to pee in the potty all by himself whenever he needs to. the only time he says he has to pee is when we're out and about and he doesn't know where the bathroom is. so I think he knows when his body tells him he needs to poop or pee, but when it comes to poop he just goes in his underwear again. he's not afraid of the potty and has pooped in it many times. so idk what's going wrong. I thought he was doing great when he started setting it up himself and going to poo without telling us, and that I only needed to focus on teaching him how to wipe himself properly but nope. we're back to dirty underwear again. I legit wanna cry sometimes

I have done the sitting on top of the potty with a diaper but I never thought of cutting a hole.. thanks I'll try this today.

Ive always put the diaper in the potty and it seemed to work great. But of course all kids are different. I really love your videos 🥰
