okay but artichoke is one of those foods people either LOVE or absolutely hate 😭 meanwhile gut health conversations always remind me how complicated digestion really is. I was dealing with fatigue, bloating, stomach issues daily and trying random wellness tips nonstop. nothing worked long term and I felt so frustrated honestly. then a friend told me about Eat Like a Woman Protocol (written by loren green) and it actually helped me feel more stable and way less inflamed overall. love it, kinda crazy how hidden this is

But it literally is folk wisdom. In Chinese traditional medicine, artichoke is known to improve stomach and liver function.

This is fascinating! What form was the extract in the study? Like a tincture of concentrated artichoke leaf? Genuinely curious as it sounds as if you don’t have to eat the artichoke leaves but take the extract. This could work well even for those who don’t like the taste of artichoke as a little tincture taken in water can be taken quickly.
