America is built on slavery, oppression, discrimination and self righteousness. Those are the foundations as a result of how your country was physically built and socially organized. Like America is literally built on tobacco and sugar plantations with free labour, and then connected with rail built by the Chinese. Then on Sunday everyone prays for forgiveness before they repeat on Monday. So I don’t see how things can possibly change without going through a revolution like China did during her 100 years of humiliation.

我查了一下这件诉讼的来源，起因是杭州一位老板因为某员工岗位可以用ai来代替，将该员工从主管岗位调转到普通岗位并将月薪25kRMB调整到15kRMB，员工拒绝接受调岗后被老板辞退。中国《劳动合同法》第四十条第（三）项规定：“劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使劳动合同无法履行，经协商未能达成一致的，用人单位可以解除劳动合同。”但承办法官、杭州中院民五庭法官明确指出："该公司解约非因裁撤业务、经营不善、减少亏损等消极因素，而是以AI的成本优势为由，不属于劳动合同无法履行的'客观情况重大变化'。" 最终判决该老板赔偿员工2n元

Appreciate your post! All I know for sure: China is succeeding because the government has figured out that when you invest properly in people, healthcare, education and infrastructure you advance your society. The cost: when people have food, shelter and dignity, innovation flourishes. It is literally that simple.
