@bonemuseum: Sometimes, with very little public documentation available online, we rely on historical records, old advertisements, medical catalogs, and first-person interviews to better understand where these specimens came from and how they were used. Here at The Bone Museum, we are constantly learning, researching, and improving our understanding of the historical skeletal bone trade. But our goal, first and foremost, is to make this history as accessible as possible.
