I have seen ton of these so called "expert interview coaches" and I can tell you as someone who is a master at getting jobs and has hired thousands of people over my career, she is 10000% spot on - pro tip: pretend you're being interviewed by a late night host or morning show and ENGAGE in the same way both with your words AND body language (face, hands and how you sit) and research the Interviewer (use social media) - can't tell you the number of times I mentioned quotes from their fav book/movie or boned up on their fav sport and sports team and what's in the news ... it works

I had the most unprofessional interview ever last week with the owner of a company. I wanted to try to small talk with him but he kept asking me about my husband and what does he like to do? Then he asked me if my parents were still alive!! This was for an accounting position! I’ve never been more grateful to not get a call back 😂
