I was taking dhea because mine was basically zero and I’m on estrogen patch but I think it made my TSH too low (hypothyroidism) so I stopped it

I've been on bio-identical HRT for 4 years. Have had chronic fatigue for 3+. Just did salivary test, showed low DHEA & Progesterone but Estrogen & Cortisol ok. How do I if I should supplement with DHEA or if I am Estrogen dominant?
