To be fair, everyone is trying to unscrew them instead of pull the cap off. You should see the displays in Sephora. They are a total mess because people keep un screwing them. It’s an excellent product, but I can’t quite figure out why they made a packaging decision that makes them so easy to open the wrong way.

Careful! That pop off top comes off super easy. I reached into my bag and got a handful of gloss all over my hand because the top popped off. After cleaning it up, I made sure the lid was on all the way and tossed it back in my purse. Only for the same BS to happen again. I super glued the pop off lid onto the screw top so that 🗑️doesn’t happen again.
