@i.speye: Another day, another find 👁️ This is a dense cataract—and you can really see how much it’s blocking the view into the back of the eye 👀 At this stage, it’s not just mild blur… vision can be severely reduced, with glare, halos, and that constant ‘looking through fog’ feeling 🌫️ Everyday tasks like reading or recognising faces become a real challenge. From our side, it also makes examining the retina difficult because the lens has become so opaque. The good news? Cataract surgery can completely change this—removing the cloudy lens and restoring clarity ✨ But it does make you stop and think… how did it get to this point, and why was it left so long? 💭 #eyes #health #education #care #fyp
