@madscientistofmuscle: Yeah, I just be doin' stuff now... this is my idea of fun. It's a barbell hang clean and press to barbell hang clamp pull-up. And yes, of course you're better off doing both separately for actually TRAINING each movement...this one is mostly just a fun challenge. I'm using a bar with 95 lbs on it, doing a quick hang clean, pressing overhead then reaching up and over the bar with my fingers to grip onto the bar, then doing a pull-up while holding the barbell in my thumbs. Then repeat. You have to be just about exactly the right height to do this one using this setup. If you're not tall enough, you could potentially stand on a box or other riser to elevate your feet. If you're too tall, you just won't press to full lockout - press until the bar contacts the pull-up bar. That's assuming you want to do something kind of insane like this, of course... --- Got a lagging muscle group? Give me 3 weeks and we'll blow it up...
