My daughter is 16 and I’m still her safe place. There’s nights that she can’t sleep well and she will crawl into with me. I will never ever regret not listening to the handful of people that told me I held her too much or “spoiled” her. How can a baby be spoiled with love and attention?

The amount of times I've been told to let my daughter "cry it out" because she'll get used to me running and picking her up.. I can't handle hearing her scream because she wants me. I don't understand how people expect me to, but it's not happening. 🥺
