The last party who did this, they were so sure they were in the right, I just sat them at the table and told my manager. Like you said you have 4 people so you're at a table for 4, you're not getting extra chairs or menus.

That is why I take a credit card to make a reservation. If they miss the Grace period and they no call no-show they get charged a no show fee. The ball is in their court, they make all of the arrangements on OpenTable and get the reminders. People need to respect our industry😔
