I’m from LV. And you’re right. It’s never been the same. After Covid so many changes happened. No more 24hours Walmart. Cost of living went up. They’re price gouging tourist at the strip. Lake mead waters dropping but constructions are all over the valley. Cones everywhere but there’s no work being done. There’s more but it’s too much to keep up. Also people you meet on the strip are not locals. Locals only go there for work or to meet friends/families visiting. Oh I just remembered it’s the October 1st incident that changed the flow.
