1. I am left with a year to complete my degree in degree, my question is how can I explain myself to a hiring company, that will make me land a job? 2. I spent a lot on my degree and I feel most of what I know is theory and companies are not ready to help me take up attachment opportunities but I have lathe skills, milling machine skills, welding and fitting but I barely get called. What can I do to get recognized or even land entry levels abroad?

ASQ Green belt and black belt were the only useful ones that really led to higher pay. the PE and FE are trash and only helped get low pay positions
