Saving this to show my kiddo another way families can look. They asked us, when they were about 5, to please marry more adults so we could have more people to help in our family. We explained we’re monogamous but that, that’s not the only way to be. I think it’ll help to show them that functioning poly families exist

I love how this allows the parents to have extra support so that they can all work/have hobbies/etc. and have time with eachother. I think the kids would be getting "better" versions of each parent because of it and, ultimately, isn't that what it's about? 🥰

I love seeing this! A 3+ parent family is my ideal family structure i think in the future for myself! (Mostly because of various disabilities that make caring for myself let alone children hard, but still have a desire to help raise little humans)
