Protein Banana Muffins - 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed - 3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt - 2 eggs - 1 tsp @Simply Organic Foods Pure Madagascar vanilla extract - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 2 cups oat flour - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - Generous dash of Simply Organic Foods cinnamon - Small dash of Simply Organic Foods nutmeg - Pinch of salt - Any other add-ins you want! I did chocolate chips! Combine bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract & maple syrup in a large bowl. Add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips & other mix-ins, then place in muffin tins.
