Ingredients: 2 cups (4 sticks) salted butter 2 cups packed brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 tsp cinnamon 2 bags of oyster crackers Coating: 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt Make the caramel coating: In a saucepan, melt 2 cups salted butter and 2 cup packed brown sugar and bring to a gentle boil. Take off the heat. Add 2 tsp vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon, then mix until combined. Add In 2 bags of oyster crackers and mix until coated. Spread the mixture onto a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. While it bakes, mix together Ingredients for coating: salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Let crackers cool for 2-3 minutes. While still warm (but not hot), transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix over top and toss until every piece is coated.
