Ingredients * 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough * 1 lb sliced corned beef, chopped * 1½ cups sauerkraut, well drained * 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese * ½ cup Thousand Island dressing * 4 oz cream cheese, softened * 2 tbsp Dijon mustard * 2 tbsp melted butter * 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional) * Salt & pepper, to taste Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. 2. Unroll one tube of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, pinching the seams together. 3. Bake the crust for 7–8 minutes until lightly golden. 4. Mix the softened cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and Dijon mustard until smooth. 5. Spread half of the dressing mixture over the crust. 6. Layer on the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. 7. Spread the remaining dressing mixture over the top. 8. Unroll the second tube of crescent dough and place it over the filling. Pinch seams closed. 9. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired. 10. Bake 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. 11. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing. #fyp #recipesoftiktok
