hey girl, top i learnt from a hairdresser. when you wash your hair only shampoo your roots and only condition your ends, my hair lasts so long doing this and NEVER brush your hair when it's wet, your hair is in its most fragile state and brushing it can cause loads of breakage. brush it after you have dried your hair, tip your head forward and brush from the bottom up. I have never done my hair any other way since

To keep air wrap curls, dry it at the roots but while it’s a little damp at ends, add a curling spray……then use the air wrap!! They last a week then I promise! My hairdresser gave me that tip 😜
