@installislam: Complete reliance on Allah. And striving for the akhirah. That's the textbook answer to attaining the dunya. The dunya will come to you dragged, even if it's against its will. It doesn't mean you become lazy. Work. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Strive for that which benefits you, and seek help from Allah, and do not give up." (Sahih Muslim) And Allah says: "And that man shall have nothing but what he strives for." (Surah An-Najm 53:39) So you put in the work. But your intention stays locked in on the akhirah. That's when things start to change. Whoever makes the dunya his focus, Allah places poverty between his eyes. Even if his bank account is full, he'll feel poor.
