I just want to know, what do people think the BBB is going to do? people are always trying to hold the BBB over business' heads. the BBB, despite the word bureau, is not a regulatory agency. they are a glorified review site.

Also, just a little tidbit for people that like to say they’re gonna call the BBB. If that business is not a member of the BBB they don’t care. They only take complaints or positive reviews for companies that pay to be a member. So if you see it company that says they’re part of the BBB they pay a yearly fee. So I never really trust them.
