Erin I absolutely adore you but Aderol is a very nasty drug. There are ways of channeling focus w/o the need for prescription medication. Also a Brit living in the US and they LOVE to prescribe here

I'm on generic concerta now and want off. I'm thinking Vyvanse. Took concerta as a kid and couldn't stand it once I got to college. Got back on it as an adult and same thing.

It’s so frustrating to find what works, trust me 🤣 - BUTTT I will say that after trying a number of different dosages, I have found that the most successful/noticeable improvement came w/ a 10mg instant release addy prescription (up to 4 a day, but only take all 4 if truly needed)
