I have had thick hair all of my life and within the last year I have lost at least double of the person in the first video every shower, and I kid you not I have about half the thickness that I’m used to.

So that is not hair falling out, if you are seeing hair like that, while using growth products it is because the old hair & folicals are falling out as new growth occurs. That said that first video is not hair loss, that is basic shedding, we shed 50 to 100 hairs per day.

Fyi you lose about 50-100 strand of hair a day normally. If you have thicker/longer hair. It will seem a lot more. But yeah I use kproducts still. I think the biggest issue with most might be a vitD def issue.

As someone who’s lost a bunch of hair due to chronic illness I encourage all of you to do research on what ingredients actually target hair growth and what targets hair shedding and base your purchases on that <3

what about monat because I use that and sometimes I do have chunks of hair and then other times I don't cause I use a different product of the same brand. but i do suffer from stress and I do have medication because I have disease. and I know that can effect my hair growth but would this product or is my product doing its job. I can see my hair has grown but it looks dry
