I can never tell when I am full so I stick to whatever the ounces are for the stage I am at. Currently am at stage 3 and can have 4 oz.

I'm 6 days post op gastric bypass and I can't wait for the puree stage. I'm not hungry at all but my mind wants food, I have one more week of liquids only. it's so crazy to see how different each doctor is!
