@artisham_: Which one do you have temporary or permanent? 👀 And if you don’t know… that’s a bigger problem than I thought! I’m really going harder on my educational posts right now because too many people have life insurance and don’t actually understand what they have. Like at all. Some of y’all are paying for policies through your job or something you signed up for years ago, and nobody ever broke it down for you. You don’t know what it does, how it works, or what it’s even set up for. And that matters. Temporary and permanent life insurance are COMPLETELY different. They serve different purposes, different timelines, different benefits… all of it. You should 100% know what type of policy you have and how it fits into your life. My fav quick reality check: If your life insurance is through your job, do NOT depend on that. It does not follow you. If you leave, get fired, switch careers… it’s gone. And don’t wait until something happens or your health changes and now it’s expensive or you can’t even qualify.
