They are Compatible but I would advice to get Ryzen 5 5600x not 5600 as (x) means more speed and better performance giving you higher FPS.and also go for RX 7600 since its a Beast on 1080p. Overall you chose correctly

the Ryzen 5600 is perfectly fine. The 5600x only offers a 3% performance increase but not worth the price difference. Pair it with a 5060, its almost the same price as a 3060ti, but with a 20-30% performance increase. A 650W power supply is perfectly fine for your build with over enough headroom. Do not cheapout on the power supply or SSD. a bad powersupply could cost your entire setup and a bad ssd could render your entire gaming experience un playable. Pair it with a B550 motherboard.
