But the thing is bending the knee worsen the pain. After my meniscus tear I can barely bend my knee or even go up the stairs without having pain in my knees and lateral hip🥹

I cannot walk, haven’t for 5 years. When I try to straighten my leg, it cracks and grinds constantly. I do have contractures in both legs though, and patella Alta.
