Y'all want to talk about $10 is a good deal for a coffee? And the barista is an experience? I am consistently waiting over 15 minutes for mobile orders that say they'll be ready in 3-5 min. I swear that's a lie just to get us to place the order cuz we feel like it'll be fast

So disappointed with the refresher change. You took the caffeine out of the refresher only to bring it back (with a syrupy taste) and charge $1 more. This one finally broke me. Used to go to Starbucks every day, not anymore.

You guys should seriously consider bringing back the Summer Skies and Summer Berry Refreshers this year because they weren’t just regular seasonal drinks—they became instant favorites that people genuinely looked forward to every summer.
