@✨Marlina✨ Girl you cannot replace plain water with this. I say “plain” water because your body needs straight water as its main fluid source, not water mixed with an electrolyte packet. This drink has 400mg of electrolytes (potassium, sodium, magnesium, and zinc) which is fine…but they’re meant for when you’re sweating, sick, or losing fluids NOT as a replacement for water intake. You still need around 8 or 9 cups of plain water a day. If someone drank 8 or 9 of these drinks daily instead of plain water it could lead to fluid retention, blood pressure issues, and strain on the kidneys over time. 1 or 2 packets mixed in your water is fine, but it cannot replace plain water intake for proper hydration. You should NEVER vaguely tell people to replace water with an electrolyte drink even if it’s getting hot outside
