Branding is not just colors, outfits, or aesthetics. Branding tells people: who you are what you stand against what world you come from what fight you represent A strong artist identity usually starts with an enemy. Not always a person. Sometimes the enemy is: chaos invisibility poverty erasure industry control lack of structure abandonment That enemy creates the fight. The fight creates the archetype. The archetype creates the brand. No Limit fought lack of structure with military order. Kanye fought invisibility through fashion, image, and disruption. Nipsey fought economic abandonment through ownership, the block, and marathon language. Their brands worked because the symbolism matched the fight. That’s what a lot of artists are missing. You’re choosing aesthetics before you know your mission. So ask yourself: What are you fighting? What type of fighter are you? What symbols prove it? Your brand is not just how you look. Your brand is the fight people recognize when they see you.
