Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Sauce 🥭✨ Ingredients (for 2 bowls): * 1 cup sticky rice * 1 cup + 2 tbsp water * 2 ripe mangoes * sesame seeds Coconut Sauce: * 1 cup coconut milk * 1/4 cup sugar * 1/4 tsp salt Slurry: * 1 tsp cornstarch * 2 tsp water ⸻ Instructions: 1. Cook the sticky rice using a rice cooker or stovetop until soft and sticky. 2. In a pan, gently heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until fully dissolved—don’t let it boil. 3. Mix about 1/3 of the sauce into the cooked rice so it absorbs the flavor. 4. Make the slurry, then add it to the remaining sauce to thicken slightly. 5. Slice the mangoes, serve with sticky rice, drizzle with coconut sauce, and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Second, you must soak the sticky rice in cold water for at least three hours before cooking. Third, use real coconut milk, granulated sugar, and salt...never use milk or condensed milk.
