im so tired of fighting to be understood and heard. im tired of discovering how a lot of my problems come from my adhd and how much it burdens those who care about me. i take my meds i make my routines and i try to stick to it or make it up the next day but everything starts piling up. All my scheduled plans get derailed then the rescheduled plans get pushed back bc another time sensitive priority comes along then it's on me when something isn't done then i'm just trying to explain myself but it's an excuse but i'm not giving excuses i'm saying the reasons and i'm taking accountability of the issues and i'm trying to hard but it's always "try harder" and i am trying harder i'm communicating my every move and my plans and i apologize in advance if i'm missing another task but i'm so tired. Raw dogging life without adhd meds and then seeing how much more difficult it was for me doing life without it. I'm so tired of fighting to be understood.
