RTX HDR is my favorite Nvidia feature, so many games have crappy or no HDR at all, and the RTX HDR almost always look really good

HDR was first used by valve in half life 2 lost coast in 2005 before rtx and shit.

most monitors have really bad HDR if its even there you need a minimum of 400 nits and most monitors sit around 200 and 300 nits these days thats changing but most ppl dont get new monitors every 3 yrs

hdr is barely noticeable without a screen by screen comparison. it's not fully supported and there's not a big enough boost to justify it... that's why it's a stagnant tech
