Not gonna lie… I feel this sometimes as a middle child. It’s like you’re there, but not really seen or heard. I just stay quiet most of the time and try to act like it doesn’t bother me, but deep down it does hurt a little. There are moments when I’m included and everything feels okay, but there are also times where I just feel left out or unnoticed, like I’m kind of just in the background watching everything happen. Sometimes I overthink it and wonder if I’m just too quiet or not important enough to be noticed. I don’t really talk about it to anyone, so I just keep it to myself most of the time. It’s hard to explain, but yeah… it stays in my mind more than I show.

As the middle, I just now realized I grew differently... I become the most matured between my sibs and I just realized it's hard for me to communicate to people, explaining, and even have fun. I forgot I have my own life and I forgot how to have fun in life... Cause I bear the responsibility my eldest sibling should do but I carry it, and turns out to be the competitor not a sibling. But everyone has its sides, I know it's not easy for them too. It's valid

Ang feeling of being a middle child is kind of ang sakit sa feeling, ‘di ba? Kailangan mong mag-adjust and kimkimin yung sakit na nararamdaman mo, to the point na hindi ka na nila kayang kumustahin kasi akala nila you’re okay with everything—na you agree to them kahit masakit💔. Hindi ka rin puwedeng maki-sali sa mga rants nila kasi you feel like you don’t belong doon. You should just be in the middle, hindi ka puwedeng lumampas sa area ng firstborn at lastborn. And that feeling na nararamdaman mo na walang may favorite sa 'yo☺️, wala kang kakampi kahit ikaw ang kakampi ng lahat, that’s truly heartbreaking. This is what I feel being a middle child. Kailangan kong mahalin yung sarili ko kasi I don’t feel it that they love and want me. Ang sakit lang na hindi ako makapaglabas ng sama ng loob kasi ako yung matatawag na madrama, pero sila, I listen to them, but me, hindi. Ang hirap ng ganito, sobra-sobra.😭💔
