I had a room with my grandmother when I was little, and she died in that room. I stood there watching her, thinking she was simply sleeping. It became a home office, and I hadn't set foot in it since. Yesterday, suddenly, I missed her terribly. I was standing in the doorway, and all the moments we spent together flashed before my eyes in the exact spot where her bed had been when I used to feed her. When my father died, she had a stroke and was paralyzed, and she loved to sit in a very specific spot. I cried my heart out because I could even smell her and hear her laughter. Grief is weird I tried to avoid thinking about her, and then, boom, all the emotions came flooding back, and I cried for the day I didn't understand what it meant to be gone and that she would never come back.

idk what your belief is but in my spirituality I learned that when you have this feeling to look up at a certain spot it means that your loved one is actually there in the spirit world telling you to look at them so keep looking up, they are there🤍
