I will say the spinal canal looks a whole lot thinner 6 months ago. There’s less encroachment from the discs on the CSF. I would say it’s getting better. May not feel it currently, but there’s def less inflammation.

Hi kildozer, I’m a radiology resident, idk if you have the other sequences (like T1 and STIR, post contrast if you got that) and reconstructions (mainly axial, this is T2 Sagittal) that would be helpful to better compare two studies than with a single slice.
