korean garlic butter salt bread๐ง๐ง๐ฅ Ingredients: Dough: 400g bread flour 100g cake flour 30g granulated sugar 10g (2tsp) salt 6g instant dry yeast 30g skim milk powder 330ml room temp water 30g unsalted butter, softened 12 ร 15g unsalted butter, for filling Flakey sea salt, for toppings Cream cheese filling: 400g cream cheese, softened 50g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar 100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream Garlic butter sauce: 113g (1/2 cup) butter, melted 8-10 garlic cloves, minced 1 egg 30g (2 tbsp) condensed milk 30ml (2 tbsp) heavy cream 2 tsp parsley Instructions: Dough: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dough ingredients except butter. Mix on low speed for 1 minute until combined. 2. Add butter and mix on low for 2 minutes, then knead on medium for 7 minutes until smooth and elastic. 3. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 60-90 minutes or until doubled. 4. Divide into 12 portions (70-75 g each). Shape into balls, cover, and rest for 20 minutes. 5. Flatten into a teardrop shape, place cold butter on the wide end, then roll tightly. 6. Place seam-side down on a tray. Cover and proof for 30-45 minutes. 7. Lightly spray with water, sprinkle sea salt, and bake at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 10-12 minutes until golden. 8. Brush with melted butter and let cool, then slice in the center. Cream Cheese Filling: 1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Add the cream and mix until smooth. 2. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe the filling into the sliced bread. Garlic Butter Sauce: 1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully combined. 2. Dip the filled bread into the garlic butter sauce and place on a lined baking tray. 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170ยฐC (340ยฐF) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy. 4.
