If you ask for lite ice 8 oz of liquid turns into 12 oz and it’s free to ask for. Most people want a full ice cup but if you don’t. Ask for lite ice and get more liquid, less ice.

Yeah they train us to fill the cup FULL of ice and only add the amount of liquid that comes out of the can/taps and if it’s not full to fill it with more ice so the cup doesn’t look empty

All our drinks default have a full cup of ice but the sodas are refrigerated so the ice doesn’t melt at all when we make the drink (in comparison to a hot/warm coffee). Ask for light ice and get it extra sweet
