the way repos work is the bank repos the car then sells the car on and the money they get from that sale they deduct from what you owe..so In the. video what they are doing is reducing how much the bank can sell the car for which the debtor will owe more than if they just let them take the car...bottoim line they get to keep making payments for years to come on a car they no longer have..
