hi sis, i will explain in my pov. usually in the car alone it feels scary and lonely. listening to songs at streaming is quite boring and the podcast feels weird for me too. so what i would do is i will let the radio run and listen while driving. i can listen to news, ads, talks and new songs. radio would play new fresh songs every single day and reruns. that way, i can find the title of the song and the artist. unlike streaming, you choose and the autoplay will keep replaying the same songs. (i use youtube music btw) then at home i will turn on the tv and watch normal tv channels just for noise so that my house won't feel quite, scary and lonely. plus i can catch up with the malaysian tv soaps from astro. yes, as a gen z i still watch tv and i love soap operas. even indonesian soap operas (sinetron) unlike streaming, you watch and that's it. i am a type of person who needs noise to focus and fell accompanied. idk other people cuz different people has different ways

most of us tend to listen to radio day time I guess because it makes us feel more connected as Malaysian with listeners..by evening or night we tend to switch to YouTube premium or Spotify.. personally for me😅

It's just a live podcast before a podcast became popular. You listened to it live. Instead of watching a video of it you just listen to it especially in the car. You get an interview, skits, programs or music in each session. That's just what it is.
