When you started being able to walk again were you completely paranoid about possibly falling and hurting it again? I am only three weeks out, but I picture myself being so scared to walk down steps, curbs, etc..

Ive been able to weight bear for the last two weeks, seen physio Wednesday but listened to my body and walking without crutches now, doing my exercises x2 daily! I am so happy for you, keep going ✨

Broke my left lat malleolus 4/9 w/ deltoid tear, surgery 4/14. Now in a cast. I’m def looking forward to this. You’ve helped so much, & remain optimistic. I was able to go to the gym alone today 🥹 I surprise myself all the time!
