DON‘T TIP!!! This is the only way to force employers to pay a living wage. Nobody will work for 3$/h if there is no tips! So restaurant owners will have their staff quitting their jobs on them and move to those restaurants who pay a living wage! That way you force employers to compete over staff on benefits and wages! Congratulations, you beat the system and changed it!!! Promote that! Only solution that actually works!!!
